What is your exchange and return policy?

We have a 14-calendar day exchange policy from the date of receipt of your item. The exchange policy only extends to size misfits, in which case you can drop us a whatsapp text with your 4-digit order number, order registered email address, name, contact number as well as the details of your exchange.

We do not have any refund policies. Only exchanges are allowed.
